Becoming a GURJAR Member
Dear Community Member,
We have recently shifted from a paper-based membership application to a web-based paradigm. As we speak, we are working with our web-development team to make things simpler for the prospective member but as-it-stands the process is a bit tardy.
Please bear with us while we work through these issues.
Multi-Step Process is as follows:
Register as a Guest-User on Gurjar.org.
https://gurjar.app.neoncrm.com/forms/membership
Intent here is to capture username/password (which can be changed at your discretion), emails address and the street address for communicating with the person interested in GURJAR activities. This step will put you on our mailer and enable you to receive Gurjar Event information (Navaratri raas-garabaa, drama, Gujarati movie, Heritage Fest, Youth program etc.).
On completion of the form, an email will be sent to the listed address to verify your email address. Once this is done, you can change your password and/or update your address any time via Web.
To become a Gurjar Member – the next step is to send Life Member Fees to the organization. Currently the fee is One-Time fee of $250 for the family and $150 for an individual member. To understand the benefits of membership and the scope of each class of membership Please feel free to read GURJAR constitution provided at https://www.gurjar.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Proposed-Gurjar-Constitution-v4.1.pdf
Fees can be sent via Zelle to Gurjar.treasurer@gmail.com or a Check can be mailed to “Gurjar” at 71 Priest Lane, Boxborough, MA 01719.
Once check is received by Gurjar, we will generate an internal GurjarID for your membership and convey the same to you.
The final step is for you to sign on to the Gurjar.Org and provide your partner’s information like email/phone etc. It is not required for a partner to register their email address, but we strongly recommend doing so. Have two emails registered with us allows us to effectively communicate with Gurjar family and more importantly allows both partners of a family to cast their ballots independently during any voting situation.
Welcome to the GURJAR family,
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to any Executive Committee member.
